Question
Can AI images include brand logos or trademarks?
Your own logo, yes. Another company's logo is risky: use that is likely to confuse people about who made or endorses a product can infringe.
The USPTO describes infringement as unauthorized use of a trademark in connection with goods or services in a way likely to cause confusion. An AI image of your product next to a famous brand's logo can suggest a partnership that does not exist.
Marketplaces are strict about this. Adobe Stock bars references to third-party intellectual property in AI prompts, titles and keywords.
AI models also tend to garble logos and small text, so check every mark in the final image. If you need your own logo in an image, place the exact artwork in your design tool rather than relying on the model to redraw it.
This is general information, not legal advice, and the rules differ by country.
